Baked Banana Protein Rolled Oats Cake



2 Cups Old fashion Rolled Oats
2 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggwhites
1 Scoop Protein Whey
1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cup 2% Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Stevia
3 Tbsp Sugar Free Syrup
Cooking Spray or Coconut Oil

Makes 4 Servings


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine 2 cups rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to make dry mixture. In another bowl, mash medium ripe banana, 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 cup 2% milk, and 1 tsp vanilla Pour together wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

Coat the 8″ cooking pan with coconut oil or cooking spray. Layer bottom of baking pan with a few slices of bananas and pour in mixture. Follow up by adding another layer bananas and sprinkle Stevia or sugar to add crispy caramelized top coat.  Bake for 25 minutes.
