Chili Garlic Tiger Prawns with Quinoa Garlic Brown Rice

Ingredients:

4 Tiger Prawns
1 Cup Brown and Quinoa Garlic Rice
1/2 Cucumber
1/4 Cup Asian Chili Garlic Sauce

 

Directions:

Chop garlic gloves  and marinade with Prawns in Garlic Chili Sauce. Leave the shell on as it keeps the prawns nice and juicy. Marinade for 20mins.  In a medium fire, add cooking oil, and cook each side of the prawns for 2-3mins. Cook brown rice, slice cucumbers, and serve!
