Cottage Cheese Brown Rice Cake

1 Non-Salted Brown Rice Cake
1/2 Cup-Non Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Banana
1 Cup Blueberries
3 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Sugar-free Syrup



This is as easy as it gets. Requires no cooking and just putting together some goodness. These rice cakes are great for on the road and most of the ingredients can be transported with a small cooler. When ready to eat, just slice up a ripe banana and and place on-top of the rice cake. Add the layer of Low Fat Cottage Cheese and top off with some fresh blueberries. Can you finish off with some brown cinnamon to give it that extra sweet kick.
