Garlic Chili Tiger Prawns on Brown Rice and Peppered Egg Omlette

Ingredients:

4 Large Tiger Prawns
1 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Avocado
1 Whole Egg
1 Slice Sweet Pepper
1/4 Cucumber
4 Tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic

 

 

Directions:

To make Garlic Chili Tiger Prawns on Brown Rice and Peppered Egg Omelet. Chop garlic gloves  and marinade with Prawns in Garlic Chili Sauce. Leave the shell on as it keeps the prawns nice and juicy. Marinade for 20mins.  In a medium fire, add cooking oil, and cook each side of the prawns for 2-3mins. In another frying pan, add horizontal slice of sweet pepper and cook till slightly charred. Crack an egg in the middle and cook for a few minutes.
