Layered Mixed Berry Oatmeal Protein Pancakes



6 Egg Whites
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Scoop Strawberry Protein Whey (Syntha-6)
8oz Greek Yogurt
1 Ripe Bananas
1/8 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1/2 Cup Raw Oats
4 Tbsp Sugar Free Strawberry Jam
1/4 Cup Pomegranate





To make the pancake batter, add egg whites, almond butter, protein whey, and raw oats into Blender. (I use a VitaMix) Blend on high for 2 minutes and your batter should be thick, creamy, and ready. Cook batter on non-stick pan for 2-3mins each side. One of my all time favorite pancake toppings is mashed ripe bananas along with crushed walnuts. Between each layer of pancake, spread banana walnut topping along with Strawberry Jam. Mix No Fat Greek Yogurt and Protein Whey and use this as a final pancake frosting. Sprinkle Pomegranate (Optional)
