Overnight Mango Oats with Chia Seeds ~reminds me Phoenix Inn’s Soy Custard with Tapioca an Mango

Ingredients:

1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk or Milk Alternative
1/2 Cup Raw Oats
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Ripe Mango

 

Directions:

In a small container, add raw oats followed by Chia Seeds and  Vanilla Soy Milk. Finish off by adding cut mango and let soak overnight. The oats should absorb the sweetness of the vanilla soy milk while kicking your taste buds with the tangy ripen mango cubes.
